I'm probably the world's toughest critic, especially regarding comedies. I detest slap-stick but am a big fan of witty comedies. Just saw "The Heat" and honestly, it has to be one of the funniest, if not THE funniest movie I've ever seen. None of that stupid, predictible humor. It's rated R since the language is pretty foul. It was good to finally see a movie that is funny all the way through, not just what we see in the previews. Two thumbs up!!
