For the past 1 1/2 years, Chris Sostaita would say a prayer every time he passed by the landmark Old Richmond Grill in Pfafftown on his way to work in Winston-Salem.
"I would pray that the Lord would open a door for me to come here and run this place," Sostaita said. "It's a tight-knit community. It's a close community. I just prayed that the Lord would use me here." The grill, which is in Pfafftown on Reynolda Road where Transou Road becomes Bethania Road, was also near his house and just two miles from Old Richmond Evangelical Methodist Church, where he is the youth pastor. He and his father, Juan, and his brother, John Paul, own Jimmy the Greek's restaurant on Trenwest Drive in Winston-Salem, but Chris Sostaita had always wanted to do something on his own in the restaurant business.
