County send those nephews to North . We need the players and we won't charge you a political fee. The good ones play the bad ones sit. We don't bench the good ones just because mommy and daddy didn't donate.

Stupid perhaps but a response to a stupid response encouraging me to pay " for those nephews spots." it does appear that some just hope to stir the feces and not really say anything at all relevant.

I'm so sorry to hear the disgruntled parents. Fortunately, we never experienced any of that. The one parent that was of the opinion their child was headed straight from high school to the NFL, left for another school. Funny thing, the poor kid didn't get the spotlight there either but HE never aspired to. He just wanted to be part of a team. The kid has since graduated but I'm not sure if he even went to college.

You need to make sure you pay for those nephews spots now. The check line is long at certain school. If you are in middle and you haven't started writing them you may very well be too late there countyline.

It is my understanding that individuals can donate to a school. When, WHEN, I Winn the lottery, there will be specific improvements to a particular school. These improvements will be both athletically and academically directed. And, FYI....my son has graduated, finished high school, got his college degree and is employed and no grandchildren, but I do have a couple nephews on the way up.

Yes happens all the time. Just look for the player that starts that isn't any good. Not too hard to figure it out.

If I'm not mistaking an individual that went to West made a large donation to help pay for the new football stadium couple of years ago.

Is it a common practice for an individual to make a large donation to a High School? Heard a rumor and was just curious if this goes on.
