IF you search hp.com under support >drivers find the latest driver or go to device manger and look for the hardware for the blue tooth and google it or post the make model number here and I will try to help you further

it has a wizard that will do all the updates
to disable the bluetooth click start in the left bottom of your screen
type msconfig into the search field open it , go to services and uncheck...
bluetooth support services ...
click ok and reboot your system

I have a Hp touchsmart with windows vista is there a sp3? , also I have a bluetooth it keeps wanting me to instlall but I cannot locate the driver and it's driving me crazy , keeps popping up about 5 times whenever I restart or boot up my pc
