you dont need a new computer quack,you might want one which is fine but a 15 year old dinosaur of a computer is plenty to surf the web,shop,handle emails and play on gowilkes

IF YOU ARE GOING TO UPGRADE, YOU MIGHT AS WELL BUY THE NEW 8.1 VERSION OF WINDOWS, THEN YOU WILL BE GOOD FOR AT LEAST 7 TO 10 YEARS.....OR YOU COULD JUST BUY A MAC AND NEVER HAVE TO BUY ANOTHER ONE FOR 20 +YEARS......

Is the new 8.0 easy to use? I am thinking of a lap top computer. Right now I am using an out dated 6.0. No wonder I can't do a lot with this computer.
