 Sounds like a very rare type of virus using the charter name as a ploy to get him to buy it. Try clicking on it and see what happens if you dare. Be prepared for a fraud alert virus. If something happens be prepared to immediatley jerk your ethernet cable or disconnect from your wireless network and clean your pc for viruses.

Use a different internet browser, like mozilla, chrome, ect...

OK i am trying to go into my gmail just to check my mail but every time i do so it pops up charter high speed internet installi , it says to id your account i do not even have any type of charter account
