Something is blocking your Internet access, most likely causes are:

1 antivirus program

2 Firewall settings

3 Internet explorer

try in order, with a reboot, and try connecting after each step

1 disable or stop your antivirus program(s), don't forget to restart the program

uninstall and reinstall Internet explorer

My laptop is wireless and i'm connecting to my Belkin router that is connected to my desktop in a different part of the house. The laptop says my signal is strong and it says I have internet, but it will not connect to any websites. I get a warning that says "this page cannot be found", like I'm not even connected. I'm so confused anyone else out there had this problem.
