It could be a lot of things. Is your wireless secured? Have you cleaned up your files.? What is your buffer set at ? What media player are you using? Are you talking about slow streaming , flash,media ? Do you have win XP ,7. what kind of video card ? Ram? does it do it only on wireless or when it is wired ?
Try
Clean your files
Repair bad reg. errors
Defrag
Update media codes
Increase your Virtual Memory
Eliminate Long Load Times change buffer settings.
Create More Resources to Receive the file.

hi..maybe someone can me ...i have a netbook ...i have been having a probliam it takes forever to down load videos...it will play for a sec then its starts loading again its driving me grazy...everything else works fine had it about 6months used to down load fast...i have rebooted it tryed everthing...could it be the computer or my internet wicth is wireless embarq..thanks for any help
