No problems like that on my ebay account!

Is anyone else having trouble with annoying pop ups on the bottom right for example tartget will pop up with an item and price? Also, on signing in and you check the box to keep you signed in today has never worked? It is constantly asking me to sign in again. I talked with ebay techs and they just said to try a different browser. I did and it still doesn't help. My settings seems are correct also. HELP PLEASE!
