can you PM me more info?

1. What Operating system are you using ?(Vista, XP, W7, 2000, ME, or earlier)
2. What does the error message say at the top left ? (maybe nothing but sometimes it will have a program name)
3.What are you doing when the problem happens?
4. does this happen when you boot your PC?
5. Can you access all of your programs and icons on your desktop?
also send me any info that you might think i will need.

Just started getting this message for everything I try to on my laptop. Have run all scans and found nothing wrong. Operating system isVista need help with this. I am now lost on how to fix
