Actually Microsoft Security Essentials isn't the best for detecting Viruses,Ad aware and Spyware. I would recommend Avast Free Edition for Home usage. It's one of the best free anti-viruses you can find.
I've found several from reputable companies but everything seems to expire in 30 days. Do I just need to get over my cheapo attack and buy something ---- or is there a good program that is truly free for a year?
