turn off any addons that you have running if you are using Firefox. I know some security addons will disable the upload button. Alternatively just use a different browser.

when i reply to a message i cannot find a place to upload a picture. i know the box to insert you pic or browse your files was at one point below this box im typing in now but there isnt a place anywhere on this page that i can find??? help!!!
