Combat Arms is great, played it for about a year. I quit playing after they implemented the team missions and new zombie modes. I have been thinking about getting back into it. They have came out with some awesome game modes and maps since I last played, looks like a blast.

Tribes ascend is also a very good free to play game. If your a big fan they've added the classic rain dance map

Soldier Front is a great light-weight First Person Shooter that can run on smaller computers with lower resources.

Ok, got some more Free2Play PC games for everyone out there.
Need For Speed: World, it is amazing. It is a full world of free roam, instance, and challenge PvP racing. My username is BLAZINbizketz.
Combat Arms is a great First Person Shooter with zombies and team challenges.
BOI: Battle of The Immortals is a free MMORPG that looks just like WOW, but completely free to play.
Talking about WOW, they are offering the first 20 levels of Cataclysm free to play. For new palyers, this could mean hours and hours of free gametime.
