Don't buy one unless your PC is very dated. In the case that your PC is dated either me or Bennett can probably build you one. I have plenty of time to get started right away if you are interested. I'm not volunteering him, I am just stating that he is capable if he is willing.

There is a java virus that can cause that. Also loss connection to video card. Bad cable to monitor. Tighten every thing up first. Also make sure the video cable is not in a bind or crushed up against a wall
