Try saving it as a .pdf....it's actually more universal than a .doc or .docx...

I am having a terrible problem with open office. you see I wrote a book using open office but when I uploaded it to my publisher it came out on their end one sentence per pg. and I did change the file extension to Doc. in Save As. what am I doing wrong?
