Nearly 99% of phones will support MP3 ringtones. If you have the song on your computer you can use it as your ringtone. You'll need a USB cable for your phone, and you might want to look for a free music editor to clip your songs into 10 - 15 second clips so that you're not "that guy" who has the whole **** song as a ring tone.
