If you're going to downgrade to windows 8 then it will take care of the rundll problem for you.

Oh, that is not good. It points to spy ware or virus as a problem.

If you laptop came with windows 8 pre installed on it chances are you need to run the factory restore.
It should restore the laptop to the same condition it was the day you bought it.

Please post the laptop make model so I can point you a complete set of in instructions for your machine

When I open the laptop and go to the Desktop a box comes up that says RunDLL and it says that there was a problem starting Users/etc and at the bottom it says : The specified module could not be found. How do I fix this? Also can Windows 8.1 be uninstalled and Windows 8 be re-installed?
