You're installing the game on a laptop. It will take some time to complete. Also it depends on your dvd drives read and write speeds. If you can list your computer specs for us, it may help us to be able to help you more.

It should be compatible. Please list your PC model number and specs.Also Your dvd may need to be cleaned.

cancel the install, eject the disk,re-insert the disk,click start(bottom left of your browser) click computer,then right click the drive that the game is in it should offer a troubleshoot compatibility option

We got the new Simcity at Walmart we cannot get it installed. We have try for over a hr and still 30 percent. My computer is toshiba and is a year old. Its has window 7 on it. Can anybody give me any information about it. I try to find a number to call but cannot find it.
