Well when you press the power button, the light should turn off since you turned the power off on the surround. You press the button and the light should come back on. The way you described it is normal behavior. Unplug the system from the wall outlet if it's plugged into a wall outlet. If it's USB powered, then unplug the USB cord from your PC and plug it into another USB port. Press the power button on the surround sound and see if the light comes on. I'm guessing you're referring to a PC surround sound system and not one for your TV? If you're referencing one for your TV then let us know.

I went away and came back and my surrond sound wont come back on. The light on the side is on and you hit the power button and the light goes out. Just wont come on. Can it be fixed
