It should be under manufacturer warranty for at least a year. I would RMA it back, and get you a new one in return.

If you are saying the dc jack on the inside of tablet is broken, your best bet my be to return it to the store or go online to find out if you can RMA it under its manufactures warranty.

I got my daughter a tablet for christmas and she forced the charger in it and now the metal piece that the charger goes into is broke. Does anyone know of where I can get it fixed for a resonable price?
