When you say wireless do you mean high speed in general?
If you have wilkes phone, you can not have charter internet.
if your provider is some one other than wilkes you can get charter.

It would be a pretty poor, and pretty inefficient source of high speed internet for the home!
"Wireless" from a phone company could be as much as 90 percent slower than what you could get from cable or DSL (if fiber is available at your location).
Then there are bandwidth caps from 3G...ridiculous for home use if you, for instance, watch streaming Netflix movies, download music, or spend any time listening to internet radio.
If you simply want to be able to "surf" wirelessly, get cable or dsl, and hook it to a wireless router.
I pay for 25mbps service from Charter, which is usually cloer to 30mbps, and because I agreed to sign-up for two years, I get this level of service for 59.95 a month. I distribute many very large files for work, so I need a "big pipe"...and NO BANDWIDTH CAPS!
