Did Joe Biden have the authority to override the sovereignty of our country by assisting foreign invaders to infiltrate our lawful border? Did Joe Biden exceed his lawful position by subverting the immigration process because he "thought" it was too difficult for aliens enter our country? Boy that was difficult to put "thought" and Biden in the same sentence

This "civil war" that lyin' anti is so joyfully shrieking for? Let me explain one possible outcome. A 21st century "civil war" will not be N vs S or E vs W. It won't be the haves vs the have nots. It will be the skilled vs the unskilled. All the "skilled" have to do is close off the cities and starve out the "unskilled".
Truckers stop delivering, plumbers and electricians leave you in the stinky dark. In a matter of hours the riots will make the summer of love look like a sit in.
Do not forget who is in charge for the next 3 years. Which side will they support in your "civil war"? If you people don't calm the heck down, after the first Federal Agent is shot, or their home or family drug into it, you will get exactly what you wished for.

US Federal Agents were attacked in a US city by what can be considered a foreign invading force. Order must be restored in order to determine what is best for the safety and welfare of US citizens.
If the Natty Gs had been deployed around the Capitol in a timely fashion, 1/6 would have been no worse than a Friday night at the Round Up back in the 90s.
By deploying the Natty Gs early in this situation, it will hopefully have a calming influence. If not, well, then they are already there and belt feds are fabulous for crowd dispersal....

State of Emergency: SCOTUS Approved! Commiefornia National Guard is already in commiefornia! No invasion! Illegal alien means you did something ILLEGAL! It's in the name!

That's a great question, Jack. The Republicans have argued for decades that the 2nd Amendment is to give the people the ability to overthrow a tyranny, but it's never been determined in the courts.
The Declaration of Independence does say that the people have the right to abolish a destructive government, though...

This is the direction we're heading... true Americans that are not willing to bend the knee to the Fascists are starting to band together. And the Governor of California has sided with the rioters.
At some point, the California National Guard soldiers are going to have to choose whether their allegiance is with Trump or Newsom. When that happens, we're talking about a real civil war. All it's going to take is a spark... someone important gets killed on either side and it will explode.

The rioters are attempting to murder federal law enforcement and destroying federal property which nullifies the states rights argument. We are already prepared for civil war. If the scum illegals won't go they need to die.

Not "end of story," this is a much larger question of the powers of the President.
Does the President have the authority to override State law by Executive Order, without the approval of Congress or the Courts? If you say no then you are supporting Conservative ideology... if you say yes then you are supporting Fascist ideology.
At this point, the citizens of California are preventing the President from enforcing a law that he has no legal right to enforce. The President then escalated it with violence. The only foreseeable outcome is Civil War.
It's getting real... real fast...
