1 Criminal attacks Federal agents, Criminal burn other's property, Criminal conducts terroristic acts

2. Criminal gets cuffed, and arrested for breaking laws that are already on the books
3. Crimial goes to jail and is photographed, stripped, dressed in prison clothes and locked up behind bars
4. Charges are made, bond is set, time is served until bail is made and a court date is set
5Criminal is brought to court and stands before a judge that judges them according to the law on the books

If, with the testimoy of witnesses, law enforcement , video tapes, and confessions, they are sentenced to what the law states. If money fine, prison time, restitution, have been made, place their convicted name and mug shot on the National Registery to be watched for future lawlessness, stamp their record for further considerations and release them
