I don't read the books but I agree with you on casting Tyler Perry. I honestly saw the movie ad still shots and thought the movie was a comedy. Tyler Perry is almost always in a comedy role. I just can't imagine him in a serious role. I have been wanting to start reading the books and will probably see the movie when it comes out on dvd. It sounds good from your review. Thank you!

"Argo": All I can say is WOW! It was AMAZING! I give it an A but leave the kids at home. Very riviting and entense and I felt they did a fantastic job re-creating that time in history while being true to the actual events.

"Alex Cross": The books are better and I don't think Tyler Perry was the right pick for the roll but overall not too bad. It was a bit dark for the PG-13 rating but I would give it either a C or B-.
