Yes you are right he is a no it all and not wearing shoes slow them down a lot. and joe could not tell him anything.and matt is smart man and has a lot of skills.

The show is better off Cody is a know it all but doesn't have enough since to wear shoes in below 0 weather.

I used to watch it all the time but when they let Dave Canterbury go I stopped watching. It just wasn't the same.

Here is the statement released by Cody:
"Dear Campers,
Unfortunately, I have been fired by Discovery Channel for differences over safety and health concerns on the show and will no longer be a part of Dual Survival.
Although I'll miss elements of the show, what I'll miss the most are my fans and the opportunity to teach - on a global level � life saving skills, indigenous culture, and values of integrity and respect
