The cheapest thing I know of is a white noise machine...I think I bought mine at CVS awhile back. It has several sounds on it. I was told you could find them at Wally world also. I try not to shop there so I don't really know if they have them. I live on a very noisey corner where semi's go by at about 5 am every day.

Having a dilemma with trying to soundproof the bedroom. I live on a highway with a lot of traffic and I'd like to keep out as much road noise as possible. We already have foam covering the window to absorb some of the noise, but I'd like some suggestions for cheap soundproofing techniques. If anyone can help me out I'd really appreciate it!
