I use WD-40. it dies the job well and has 100;s of other uses. Very good to keep around the house.

The moral of this story is, anything oily will take stickers off of wood.

oil works best . it loosens the glue on the sticker and protects the wood at the same time . veggie oil , baby oil or mineral oil .

Baby oil. Put some on a cotton ball till the sticker is soaked, wait a couple minutes, and start peeling. It works great for getting that stick residue that sometimes stays behind.

peanut butter.....spread it on the sticker and let it sit for a while. usually comes off easily.

Goo-Gone, Lemon Oil, WD40 on furniture.

Quack, I love ya, but, don't use vinegar on wood. It will turn it white...permanently!
