Just purchased a hog and had it butchered. We haven't done this in years and now discover the meat curing service we used in Winston-Salem has been closed for nearly 10 years. Does anyone know of another meat curing/smoking/etc. business within an hour or so of Wilkes? I want to have the hams and bacon cured.
