Ok, I went to Lowe's and found the cream of coconut. It was near the stuff for mixed drinks as you said. The can I found is 15 oz. Do I use the whole can or would that be too much?

I buy it in the ethnic foods section near the Chinese, Thai, Japanese food section. It is also near the mixed c*cktail section in many stores; i.e., bloody mary, marguerita mix, etc.
The can size for the Lopez brand is No. 202 can. Be sure to shake it up really well. The sweetened condensed milk can be found with evaporated milk and is also No. 202. Eagle brand or store brand is okay.
Use the large can of Mandarin Oranges in heavy syrup or drain the liquid from the oranges and use it to make a simple syrup. Just be sure to cool it well before pouring over cake.

whitehawk, your recipe sounds amazing.
A couple of questions though. Where do you find coconut cream at in the grocery store and what size cans of coconut cream and condensed milk do I need for the recipe? It sounds great. If I want to do the mandarin orange kind, what ingredients do I swap out?

Ingredients For Punch Cake (AKA Better Than Sex Cake)
1 box vanilla cake mix (with pudding)1 cup water 1/3 cup vegetable oil 3 eggs 1 can coconut cream 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 can crushed pineapple 1 large container Cool Whip 1 cup shredded coconut
Directions
Bake cake according to directions. Mix coconut cream & condensed milk together. When cake is cooked, punch holes in cake with skewer or chop stick. Slowly pour coconut cream mixture over still warm cake and into holes all over cake. Pour undrained pineapple over the cake. Refrigerate until cold. Mix Cool Whip and shredded coconut together and spread over cake. Refrigerate overnight, keep cold until ready to serve.You can substitute any yellow cake mix for the vanilla cake mix.
There are literally hundreds of variations of this recipe, including German's Chocolate, Chocolate, Heath Bar, Lemon , Mandarin Orange.

Looking for the Recipe for The "Better Than Sex Cake" w/the white cake mix, crushed pineapples and im not really sure wht else it calls for  . PLEASE HELP. Thanks in advance.
