Don't bake them and make a big mess just buy the frozen biscuits. They are delicious.

Goddess is absolutely right. The Southern Biscuit flour is labeled Type L. I often make them and place 6 in an aluminum pie tin, wrap them well or place them in a large freezer bag, and freeze them in the freezer. They do not have to be thawed before baking. Absolutely no difference in the taste.

use the Southern biscuit mix...restuarant style...you can get it at food lion.
Mix per instructions...
you can either cut the biscuits out or use an ice cream scoop and make drop biscuits...
then I would suggest placing them on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
You can use the spray oil or butter if you like. Cover with plastic wrap.
Put them in the freezer to freeze...they do need to be frozen as quickly as possible...so turn up your freezer setting to high...just long enough to freeze them.
then put them in a ziploc bag.
Good luck!!!

Is there a good recipe for biscuit dough that you keep in the refrigerator to make just a few at a time, over a few days? Thanks in advance.
