Are you talking about the big square cooker that is bigger than a crockpot & has a removable rack?
If so, I just salt & pepper the turkey really well and make a mixture of 4 or 5 tablespoons margarine & 1 tablespoon of browning sauce (I use worchestershire sauce) and baste it. After it has started cooking & there is drippings in the cooker, use a baster & baste the turkey every 20 minutes or so.
Preheat the cooker at 400 degrees for 20 minutes before putting the turkey in. Cook it for the first at 400, then lower the temp to 350 and then raise it back to 400 for the last hour. Normally it takes 13 to 18 minutes per pound for it to be done. I usually cook mine 15 minutes a pound.
