My grandmother made fig bar cake. She just used a regular yellow cake mix as directed. Poured half in pan, top with cooked and cooled figs and then the rest of the cake mix. When baked and cooled, she cut into squares.

Other than jam, what are some good ways to use figs? I know I could google search for recipes but I would rather have recipes that folks have tried and know they are good. Thanks in advance.
