Weber has a spice selection that is great. I have only found it at Wal-Mart. Depending on what you are grilling, they have Beer Chicken, Kickin' Chicken, Gourment (sp?) Hamberger, Herb & Garlic seasonings just to mention a few. The last time I purchased these, they were like $2.36 for a six ounce bottle.
Grilled seasoning is just that, what you perfer. BUT, now that I have said that, it seems I may have seen "Grilled Seasoning" in a bottle with a red label.

PS: I always add Worcestrshire when I marinate any of my meats.

The Montreal Steak seasoning is the best, IMO.

Why all the salt in the mixes?
There are other spices to use such as Mrs. Dash without salt. Not so expensive.
I agree you can make your own mix but for people with high blood pressure or edema the salt is not a good thing.

grill seasonings are those sprinkles people put on food for outside cooking. i prefer montreal steak myself. it's peppery. you buy them in the spice aisle

I am looking at a new recipe and is says one of the ingredients is "grill seasoning." Could anyone elaborate on what the heck it is/means?
