cut into wedges,slices up some sweet onions, butter and seasoning salt.. wonderful...

all I do with mine is slice them in wedges...coat with olive oil...then you can use just about any spice or spice mixture on them...you can even use the french fry spice mix on them...then grill.

And, you can purchase the packages of roasted potato spices...they are good too!

You can use the Ranch Dry Dressing mix on them...that's really good too!
