the bakers chocolate will work fine. but you will need to get a block of parafin wax at the grocery store to melt with the chocolate to help the chocolate set up
the wax gives the candy a real nice shine.
also use a double boiler. to melt the chocolate

I'm going to make peanut butter balls and the only chocolate i have is BAKER'S semi-sweet chocolate squares. Will this work or not and if so any certain way?Thanks
