Rosemary Chicken and Potatoes, In the spice (and sometimes meat) section of your grocery store, there is a card that has different spices in individual packets, just follow the directions and enjoy. You can also tear the recipe card off the back of the package and keep it for future reference, just buy the ingresients and not spend the money for the packaged ones. I didn't use quiet as much rosemary when I fixed it the second time and I use Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast or Tenders and not the thighs.

Hubby LOVES Oven-Fried Chicken.
Cut up chicken pieces. dip in margarine. roll in mixture of crushed corn flakes or rice krispies that you have added garlic salt, red pepper flakes & chili powder.
Bake in oven for about an hour at 400 to 425. YUMMY....you can add as much spices as you like. We like ours hot!!

Cuban Oven Style Chicken
Chicken in the Oven for about 2 Hours ( or fully cooked). Use Goya Adobo Seasoning - without Pepper. Just get the drumstick, quarter legs and sprinkle with Goya Adobo Seasoning. Then cook. The Goya seasoning is great for chicken.
You can use Honey Smoked BBQ Sauce to top chicken after cooked
Serve with black beans on the side ( like a soup). Salad too .
