if you like, add a bag of red hots to the tea mix...it kinda gives it a little more kick, or deeper flavor.

I made a gallon of this mix for Christmas gifts...

as far as per cup...it's really gonna depend on your taste. and the size of the cup...I always start with 2 teaspoons, then add to taste..

Russian Tea

1 cup tang

1 cup sugar

1/4 cup instant tea with lemon

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon cloves

Just substitute the sugar free stuff for the sugar-full stuff and dit should work fine.

I need one using a sugar substitute and sugar free Tang. I really don't like the one that you add powdered lemonade mix in it. Also how much of it does it take to make one cup? Thanks!
