6 lemons 2 c sugar
Put sugar in a small pot Squeeze 5 lemons over the sugar and stir until soupy Heat on low heat for 15 - 20 mins (keep stirring so it doesnt burn) pour syrup into gallon container and fill pot with water( to get all syrup) until container is full Cut in half and Slice remaining lemon for garnish

I use 5 lemons and 1 Orange and 2 cups of sugar for a Gallon

2 Packages Kool-Aid Lemonade Mix, the juice of 3 fresh lemons, 2 to 3 cups sugar.(depending on how sweet you like your lemonade. It does take quite a bit of sugar to make it good.)
Put sugar into gallon jar. Pour about 3 cups boiling water over sugar and stir until sugar is dissolved. Add the 2 packages of lemonade mix and the fresh lemon juice. Stir. Fill remainder of container with cold water. Chill. Add some fresh lemon slices to jar, if desired. Drink

To get the most juice out of your lemons, heat them in your microwave for 50 seconds or so. Take them out and roll them around on the counter with the palm of your hand. Then cut them in half and squeeze them.
