I am looking for a recipe similar to Lowe's Foods Baked Potato Salad. I believe it has shredded cheese and bacon bits in it and maybe some chives too. I know it is made from cold baked potato's obviously. I just do not know what all to put in it. Do they use mayonnaise like regular potato salad? If anyone has any suggestions, please post them. Thanks.
