Well, I will stick to Krafts Original Mac and Cheese. I always add extra butter, not margarine, and condensed milk--hang the calories. Now for the Mac and Cheese with bread crumbs...not for this Native American Boy.

So...here it is. And it's a Paula Dean recipe
4 cups cooked and drained macaroni
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
3 eggs , beaten
1/2 cup sour cream
4 Tbls. butter, cut into peices
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup of milk
Add cheese to cooked macaroni while still warm.In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients and add to macaroni mixture. Pour onto greased casserole dish and top with some extra cheese and bake at 350 for about 30 to 35 minutes.
And I like a little onion, so I added some, and a little cooked crispy bacon.
I hope ya'll will try it and forgive me for not knowing how to spell roux
