add a little more vinegar to picle juice (I like to use dill) add some beet juice and in about 5 days

Will only last 1 or 2 days. Vinegar brine mixture has to be 5% to keep the eggs safe and firm.

Has anyone ever used left over pickle juice to make pickled eggs?
