Creamed Spinach is great with beef, looks elegant, and is easy to fix.

This looks close except the ones at earth fare had real bacon bits.

Earth fare had some balsamic maple and bacon Brussels sprouts that were very good.

If you were making a primerib roast ,what kind of side dishes would you include? I'm thinking maybe asparagus and roasted potatoes...any suggestions?
