I tried something different today for our lunch. Turned out great and thought some of you who are also grill nuts might want to try it yourself. "Baked, Stuffed Peppers." I'll not bother leaving the recipe as everyone has their favorite meat loaf recipe, but I thought, I cook just about everything else on the grill so I'll see how this works. The best side effect is: no smell or heat in the house from the cooking.
