So, why not go out and be a coach? I mean, I know how much progress you are making complaining on here, but what's stopping you from being a part of the solution?

I have more than one kid playing .... they both work their butts off! One mostly plays offense and one mostly plays defense. They are both very good, and I'm not saying that as their parent. I have had alot of people tell me how good they are and they can't believe they don't get to play more. Also, I am not the only parent this is happening to ... there are 30 or more kids on these teams and only certain kids play. They play on offense and defense, and if they make mistakes, it's ok, just try harder next time. Other kids, if they make a mistake they get pulled out of the game!

Maybe this is an opportunity to teach your kids that hard work is the key. Right now, you want them to put your snowflake in just for being there.
What position does your kid play? Maybe there are some steps you can take at home to ensure they are ready for football at that level lol

I'd make a complaint to them and if nothing is done then I would keep complaining until I got some action.. Have other parents had this complaint as well? Maybe if you pull together and voice your complaints something will be done.

The person I think is over this area is one of the coaches ......

Is there someone you can make a complaint to... Someone in the league office? I would try this avenue and see if I could get something done.. It's not fair.. I agree.

Nope, there are honestly 8 or 9 Dads out there "coaching" ... Funny thing is, they are just on the sidelines screaming at their kid, they're not even really coaching. But, since they are there, I guess their kid gets to play ... and these kids play the entire game! They never get pulled out.

I'd be raising some stink... I thought there were only a couple of asst. coaches and one coach... Guess I was wrong...

There are about 8 or 9 "coachs" on the field during the games .... And if you try to talk to them about it, the give you attitude and walk away, they say they don't have to play everyone

Benchwarmers have a role too... Maybe you should talk to one of the daddies and get your kid on the field...
What are the other players roles? There can only be so many daddy coaches, so what are the other parent's occupations whose kids are playing?

How many players on the field at once for one team?
How many coaches are there?

Sertoma football is a joke! There are no football teams, just coaches kids playing and the rest walking the sidelines watching them. It's VERY frusterating!!! Anyone else have this problem?
