I would have to disagree with you . The best Coach is definitely in Sparta. Alleghany. Starmount has the most talent consistently for a 1a school and benefit from transfers also.. They have won for many years with all different coaches.

Starmount has the best coach in the conference, year in and year out. That makes a difference.
