Not sure what your ultimate goal for her is, but be careful not to burn her out. I'm seeing a lot of these really talented travel ball girls get to their high school years and be so burned out with ball (and with each other) that they don't have the heart to play well anymore. Regardless of how much she loves it now, be careful.
Not that my opinion was asked, just something I've noticed.

East Surry has a GREAT head coach, with a very good reputation on developing up and coming High School Players. You need to call the high school and speak to him about getting her into a feeder program to help improve her talents.
Good Luck !!!

Hi
My daughter will be 11 in a few weeks and has become extremely serious about softball, we have been playing rec ball for the last 5 years. She has a really strong arm, understands the fundamentals of pitching (consistency is an issue), strong bat, and her love is either 3rd or 1st base, but is willing to play catcher if necessary. We as parents feel she is being held back by rec ball and want to explore our options. What teams are available in our area and how do we get in contact with them. We are fairly new to the area and just don't have the right contacts yet.
Thank you in advance!!!
