So who is the one that is at fault? Who has led to this junk?

Well this season is almost over and I am soooooo glad. This has been the biggest bunch of crap I have ever seen. Greer should have never gone to West, he would have been better off somewhere else and not had to play under the shadow of this corrupt bunch.

West Wilkes implosion is by far a clear sign that daddy ball does not WIN you Games!! It is sad to see Greer having to do everything himself, It's Clear that the Juniors get most of the playing time NOT because they are better than the seniors but because it leads to the juniors daddy's pleasing the higher ups in the program!

Who is to blame for West's woes?

I do agree Trojan, there are some attitudes that need to improve. Some of the most unstable players are seniors so I hope it hasn't taken a hold of the younger players but if it has, they have some experience now and should figure out how to shake it off.

CWMS I agree that by the end of the game there seemed to be no conflict between the players on the floor. I however am not sure why there were no technicals called because no less than 5 central players left the bench area during a conflict that stemmed from a central player who was standing 4 feet in bounds, throwing the basketball and hitting an Alleghany player in the head. I would have been surprised if there had been a technical foul called on the Trojans because I have not saw them get one in the 3 years that I have followed them. Maybe I am wrong, maybe I am the only one that has saw it twice this year, but from my perspective, there are some attitude issues there. If I am wrong, I will have lots of time to see it, as I understand that several of these guys are freshmen and sophomores. And thank you for the compliment, #14 did play really well last night.

Trojan, I am not sure I saw one technical in the WC/Alleghany last night. There were some hard fouls late in the game and frustration but I saw a lot of jawing going on from both sides. The boys from both teams seemed to be getting along fine after the game which further proves the frustration that competitive sports sometimes brings. I will agree on one thing, Alleghany played a great ball game last night and dominated inside. Specifically, #14 played his heart out and was fun to watch.

Thanks WilkesDad. I thought our guys did real well last night. I can assure you that what you have saw in the past resurfaced in Sparta last night. A real issue that needs to be addressed while these guys are young.

I agree Central is better than they have been given credit, I also believe that West fans are seeing this implosion first hand. So who was it that allowed these implants to corrupt their system. It has been brewing for sometime and now it has come to the forefront. A few select parents have stole your sports programs and some good kids time they will never get back. I am proud Central like North and East has for the most part kept parents like these few out of site.

From what I heard Central was beat bad last night by Alleghany. I know when we played them some of the players had bad attitudes. Congrats Alleghany on your win.

I think the implants have alot to do with it too.....not being funny, but i am glad west and central are dealing with it and not us in traphill.

Well all I can say is some of the ones starting have no business starting. I guess daddy or mommy paid their dues. Sad to see it turn this way. This is a bad group we have coming through right now.

I too would like to know what is going on. People I have never seen before are now sideline coaches or there talking with the coaches in all sports. You have a coach and u have an assistant when did West decide they need all the dads as assistants. This has gotten to be a huge problem and it is destroying our programs. Who is running West now because it sure is not the principle or the coaches. Is it money? There's something there and I am sick of seeing it.

if you think basketball is bad, wait until baseball rolls around. It will be the same result. I predict west to be at the bottom there too.

I was told three years ago that west would win the conference championship easy with Greer and Company this year and maybe the year before 2014-2015 and that central would be second ,,,,and north would be on the bottom ,,,well the exact opposite has almost happened ...the person who told me this Has a lot of credibility ,,,but kids mature so differently and grow a lot in that stage of life ,,,I mean if you think about it who would have ever thought Mark Payne would not be coaching Ashe

What the H has happened to West. Dang, a nothing Central team just blew them out of their own house. Something is going on with this program. It was touted as having a great future with all this Whirlie stuff and I even bought into it and gave to the program. All I see now is it was just funding a group of daddy ballers that are destroying this schools sports. Dang, can I get a refund?
