Hey guys- I will be the first to admit, I know nothing about technology. I know how to turn my puter on, do what I need to do, and from there, I am pretty lost.
Lately, my computer is running very slow. I use a laptop, and not only is mine running slow, but the other one in the home is slow as well.
All sites are slow, but facebook is nearly impossible for me to get on. Whatever you call that little blue circle that goes round and round when something is loading, the circle will continue to go round and round for 30 minutes on facebook, and still will not let me open my message.
I have charter internet. I can't determine if the problem lies in the internet speed, or the laptop has a virus or other problem.
Is there anyone in the area of North Wilkes High School that makes house calls to work on computers? Or does someone have a suggestion as to what I might try to fix the dang thing? I would appreciate your help guys! I have been dealing with this for a few weeks now, and it is wearing on my nerves-lol. Thanks for any ideas or suggestions.
