Yes I have tried those but my biggest problem is that I have no control over the phone at all as soon as you put the battery in it and charge over night, I just have the deadly white screen with the error 102 it want let me do anything at all! I think the **** battery is fried dead as a door nail.Now I am going to have to buy a battery for it and hope that was my problem before wasting that money on a battery for nothing.

what fixes have you tried, so that way we know where to start helping at?

I have the Blackberry Torch phone and it has thrown a error 102, and I cannot do anything to it. I have gone to the internet to look for a fix and there are plenty of them, I just can't for the life of me able to get anything to work, I am willing to pay someone to fix this phone if possible, if so just send a text to 336-566-9277 and we can go from there.
