I think the basic internet package Charter offers is a good value, I had to upgrade because it was taking hours to upload video to youtube; it still takes an hour with 1M upstream. I own my own modem and was only paying $25 including tax and the wire service. Where I live, no one has cable TV because the quality is sorry, every house has a dish... Just my thoughts

Century Link or Charter is the best by far. I HATE Wilkes anything, they are a big fat rip off. I pay 25 dollars a month for high speed internet through Charter, my dad pays like at least double that for high speed through WIlkes, and my internet is way faster. And I would go with Satelite, Basic Cable with Charter is a rip off...it's like 15ish a month and all you get is regular channels, for about 40 a month I get the basic package with Dish Network and get alot more channels...so it's worth the extra 25 dollars.

I think it depends on were you live. We got tv service through Wilkes Telecommunications and it was satellite.

YOU MIGHT WANNA CHECK OUT CARTER. I HEARD THEY HAVE GREAT DEALS AND WOULD PROBABLY DO BETTER THEN CHARTER DID.
